As a service and products provider for control panel design and manufacturing, Acrobat designs and produces hundreds of custom control cabinets annually. With a focus on combined power, control and automation assemblies, we are well equipped to serve many industries.
Ninety-five percent of our design and manufacturing is done in-house. Our customers benefit from collaborative design services, coupled with product certification, according to UL508A.

Combination Power and Control Panels
We design and build combined power, control and automation panels, although any configuration is possible.
Our control panels are custom designed and built in-house, utilizing industry leading technologies. Our team can both build to spec, or actively engage with your project planners in order to tailor a power and controls equipment package that best suits your facility.
Concept
Our goals include minimizing install costs while maximizing serviceability and safety. By carefully combining all automation hardware, controls and power distribution equipment in a suite of enclosures, we both simplify the total electrical installation and save money on the complete project. Our equipment combines the following components, complete with barriers between voltage sections and utilizing finger safe components throughout.
Computer hardware (any proprietary horticultural computer or PLC)
Our patent pending interface switches (These switches are used to override the computer when commissioning, servicing or in an emergency. Hand/off /auto function and/or open/close or up/down commands.)
Relays (low current, high current, timer, PLR, safety)
Motor circuit controllers (overloads, contactors, variable frequency drives, soft starters)
Control and isolation transformers
Overcurrent protectors (breakers and fusing)
Main switching included or by others · short circuit current ratings to engineered spec
