Mark van den Ende
Company Lead
Mark enjoys facilitating growth by providing his team with leading tools and training, in order to foster their professional development and in order to keep his company at the crest of innovation. He is a 309A Master Electrician and while leading the team, his primary focus’ include business development and sales.

Finance and Founders
While Al and Marian enjoy semi-retirement, they remain involved with financial management.
Kendra Fisher-van den Ende
Production and Logistics Lead
Kendra supports the company with her unmatched systemic organizational skills, attention to details and a strong mechanical mind. These talents equip Kendra to lead her team through complicated builds, allowing the company to deliver consistently on schedule, with top quality.
Mike Galenkamp
Lead Controls Engineer
Mike brings his formal electronics engineering training and decades of both controls engineering and greenhouse expertise to the team. With a broad and multidisciplinary technical background, he handles Acrobats’ most complicated projects and EPLAN development. Mike also holds the distinction of being the first ever Certified EPLAN technician in Canada.
Matt Simmons
Controls Engineer
Matt brings his formal training in electrical engineering to the team. His strong communication skills make him a bridging figure between sales, design and production. He has led influential process development initiatives for the company and he designs control systems both inside and outside the box. Matt holds the distinction of being the second ever Certified EPLAN technician in Canada.
Nick Rietveld
Controls Technician
Nick brings his formal training in electrical engineering to the team. His electromechanical curiosity makes him a key contributor, who not only demonstrates a strong attention to the details of panel building, but has the skills that enable him to maintain our automated processing equipment. As a 442A apprentice, Nick contributes towards quality control and testing processes.
Hyabu Araya
Controls Technician
Hyabu brings his formal training in electrical engineering to the team. His positive attitude and steadfast dedication to consistent hard work makes him an exemplary controls technician. Hyabu is an extremely consistent and reliable team member and an excellent panel-builder.

As both a vertically integrated manufacturer and our trusted supplier for many decades, Rittal is a proven winner for high quality JIT enclosures and components.
